A joystick in a forestry or construction machine is a central part of the operator interface.

The right solution depends on which movements need to be controlled, how many functions the operator needs at hand, the electrical interface, mechanical feel and how the joystick integrates into the armrest or control console.

There is no universal joystick for every machine. The control should be selected and configured around the actual application and operator requirements.
