Can I order a specific part number I’ve found in a machine or online?
Many of the parts we supply are custom-designed for specific machine manufacturers and are not available for resale.
We do not offer alternatives or replacements for those part numbers, and we kindly refer you to the original equipment manufacturer for support.
Do you keep products in stock?
All products are built to order, ensuring each delivery is tailored to specification. However, if we have an agreement in place, we can arrange safety stock to secure shorter lead times for ongoing needs.
What are your delivery terms and who handles freight?
We normally deliver under SEAL 2012. Freight is arranged on behalf of the customer and invoiced accordingly. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once handed over to the carrier.
Can I find all your products on your website?
Our website shows selected product examples, but most of our work is customized. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to contact us — we might already have a solution that fits.
