HALL EFFECT SENSORS

Our contactless sensors find frequent integration into various control devices such as joysticks, hand throttles, and tiller heads, among others. These sensors excel in applications where mechanical contact between the sensing element and the rotating component is undesirable. They are particularly well-suited for environments with stringent requirements regarding vibrations, shock resistance, sealing, and offer a remarkable operational lifespan exceeding 100 million cycles.

INDUCTIVE SENSORS

Inductive angular sensors are highly advanced devices used extensively in industrial applications for precise measurement of angular positions. Operating on inductive technology, they detect changes in the magnetic field generated by the rotation of a target object. These sensors offer exceptional accuracy, making them crucial in applications demanding precision. What sets them apart is their non-contact operation, eliminating wear and tear and ensuring longevity, especially in rugged conditions. Their durability, resistance to shocks and vibrations, and customizability enhance their suitability for various industries. Inductive angular sensors find applications in robotics, automation, aerospace, and the automotive sector. Additionally, they provide a long operational lifespan, reduced maintenance costs, and diverse output options. In summary, inductive angular sensors are essential instruments for achieving precision and reliability in angular position measurements across a wide range of industrial settings.

POTENTIOMETERS

The potentiometer serves as a versatile solution for measuring angles across various applications.

In single-turn potentiometers, the element can be of two types: wire-wound or conductive plastic. Wire-wound potentiometers offer the best total resistance value and stability among the available potentiometer types. They can also function as rheostats.

Conversely, the conductive plastic-type potentiometers offer excellent resolution, extended lifespan, and high-speed tracking capabilities. Nonetheless, their usage is confined to the voltage divider method.

Single-turn potentiometers can be customized with various total resistance values, tolerances, and linearity options. Different output signals, such as 10-90%, and mechanical and electrical angle specifications can be tailored to specific requirements. Additionally, shafts can be customized to nearly any desired shape, and select models offer rear extended shaft options. Potentiometer sizes ranging from 12 to 50 mm in diameter are available, with an optional IP rating of up to IP 65 upon request for most potentiometer models
